📅 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our end.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return—we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Gift Cards
  • Final Sale or Clearance Items
